What we collect

Institute details, user accounts, and the student, guardian and staff records an Institute enters. Parents/guardians give consent for minors' data to their Institute.

Purpose

Data is used only to run the Institute's operations (admissions, fees, attendance, exams, communication) and to provide support.

Security

Data is isolated per Institute, transmitted over HTTPS, and sensitive fields (such as Aadhaar and payment credentials) are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based and audited.

Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Data principals may request access, correction or erasure through their Institute. Institutes can export or request deletion of their data.

Retention

Data is retained while the Institute's account is active and as required by law, then deleted on request.
