1. Service

Education ERP provides school and coaching management software as a subscription service to educational institutions ("Institutes").

2. Accounts

Institutes are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for the conduct of users they create. Keep passwords and two-factor devices secure.

3. Subscription and payment

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices exclude GST. On expiry, accounts become read-only; data is never deleted automatically.

4. Data ownership

Institutes own their data and can export it at any time. We process personal data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse messaging features (spam), attempt to access other institutes' data, or interfere with the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
